Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. As some of our items are custom made to order, we can't always accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. However you can always contact us at orders@theirishcloset.com to see what options we can do.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel or change your order, email orders@theirishcloset.com within 4 hours of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and details of the change.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Some of our products are made to order, so we can only accept changes within 4 hours of your order being placed.
If you need to adjust your order (such as changing size, color, or cancelling), please email orders@theirishcloset.com within 4 hours of purchase with:
- Your order number
- Requested change details
After that window, your order may already be in production and can no longer be modified.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us at orders@theirishcloset.com, and we’ll resend your confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact orders@theirishcloset.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?
Yes! From time to time, we offer promotional discounts and digital gift cards. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on upcoming offers.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment didn’t go through, please double-check your billing details and card information. You may also try another payment method or contact your bank for more information.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest, though creating an account allows you to track orders, view history, and save your details for faster checkout next time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. It may take 24–48 hours after dispatch for updates to appear.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. International orders typically take 10–20 business days, but may experience delays due to customs clearance.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times can vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method. From time to time, we offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
Why did I receive my items in separate packages?
To ensure the fastest delivery, some orders may ship in multiple packages from different fulfillment locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order seems lost or delayed, please contact us at orders@theirishcloset.com with your order number. We’ll look into it and work with the carrier to find a solution.
You can always track the status of your order through our Web Chat.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@theirishcloset.com with your correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Unfortunately, once shipped, we can’t change the address.
