Order Confirmation

Review Your Order

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our dispatch queue.

Some of our products are custom-made to order to ensure the best quality for every customer.

If you notice an error (such as size or color), we request a limit of 4 hours from the time of purchase to request a change or cancellation.

To make a change or cancel an order within 4 hours:

  • Email orders@theirishcloset.com
  • Include your order number and the requested changes
  • Requests received after 4 hours cannot be guaranteed for custom made orders due to production starting immediately.

Check Your Order Upon Arrival


When your order arrives, please check all items carefully. You’ll receive an email from us confirming your order has been delivered and asking if you’re happy with everything.

If there’s a problem, that email includes a direct link to report an issue.

We kindly ask you to contact us within 21 days of delivery for any order issues.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting a Problem

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at orders@theirishcloset.com, use our WebChat, or streamline the process by using the link in the email you received upon delivery of your item (subject line similar to “How was your recent delivery?”).

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A short description of what’s wrong

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Returns & Replacements

How We Handle Returns

Because some of our products are made to order, we do not always accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.

However, if your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If a return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address if required and further instructions — please do not send items back to the address on your shipping label they will not be accepted.

Returns FAQs

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or color?

Unfortunately, because some of our products are made to order, we cannot always accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.

You do however have 4 hours to make us aware of any changes once an order has been submitted.

You can always reach out at orders@theirishcloset.com to verify if a return or exchange is possible.

How long do I have to report a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 21 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Help, I ordered the wrong thing by mistake?

To cancel or change your order, email orders@theirishcloset.com or contact us on WebChat within 4 hours of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and details of the change.

What happens if my order never arrives?

If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, we’ll investigate and replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Do I need authorization to send something back?

Yes — returns must be approved first. We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions once your case is reviewed.

Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not keep items in stock, and every product is created individually.


Made-to-Order Items

Some of our items are produced on demand. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.
Please double-check your order details and our size guides before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us within 21 days of delivery at orders@theirishcloset.com or via the web chat with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please let us know within 21 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right immediately.


Order Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase, before production begins.
After that time, production may be underway, and cancellations aren’t always possible.


Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or delayed, we’ll investigate the issue with our production and shipping partners.
Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or refunded.

Please note: we’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Returns Address

We don’t accept unauthorized returns.
If a return or replacement is approved, we’ll provide the correct return instructions and address. Please do not send items back to the return address on the shipping label.
